Gamerative is operated from Türkiye. The service providers we engage may host or process data in other countries, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside Türkiye, we rely on the safeguards permitted by Article 9 of the KVKK, including your explicit consent, transfer to a country recognised by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (“Kurul”) as providing adequate protection, or a written undertaking approved by the Kurul. For transfers from the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by the GDPR / UK GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Your rights

Under the KVKK and other applicable laws, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

request a copy of, or access to, the data we hold about you;
request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request erasure or destruction of data we no longer need to keep;

11. Data retention

contact form messages: up to 24 months after the matter is resolved;

You may:

access and view Content for your personal, non-commercial use;
share short excerpts and links to articles in line with fair use, fair dealing, and customary editorial practice, provided you credit Gamerative and link back to the original article.

You may not:
